I'm a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with a passion for gut health. I genuinely believe that the body possesses an incredible ability to heal itself, provided it is given the appropriate circumstances and environment that nurture its natural processes. Through my work, I aim to empower individuals to create the optimal conditions for their bodies to thrive and restore balance.

My education is through the prestigious Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN). Founded over 30 years ago, IIN pioneered the health coaching profession and has since evolved into the world's leading integrative health education and certification platform. With the foundational teaching of bio-individuality, we can begin to understand that one person's food could very well be another person's poison. There is truly no one-size-fits-all approach to diet and health, as each individual's body responds differently to various foods and lifestyle choices. Understanding this important concept allows me to respect and genuinely value your unique needs and preferences in your journey towards optimal health.

Ever heard the popular saying, "you are what you eat?" Well, I would challenge you to take that concept a step further and boldly assert that you are, in fact, what you digest. Food is Function

Learning to truly appreciate and actively support your digestive system will undoubtedly change your life for the better. Growing up, I was never taught about the significant and vital connection between the food we consume and the way we feel. The gut serves as our most intimate connection with the outside world, processing everything we ingest. Food is what provides us with the necessary energy to engage in the activities we love and cherish. You simply cannot thrive without sufficient energy, and you cannot achieve that energy without the right nutritional fuel.
